"I can't say enough about my rep, Julie Romero! When I was in an accident, she wasted no time helping me locate contact information I needed to file a claim with an insurance company from Canada. Not only did she do this, but she even allowed me to decompress, and assisted with completing and filing the form! I wish I could say it stopped there but it doesn't! Julie checked in weekly and encouraged me to get quotes and advocate with the other party when documents were delayed. All things I wouldn't have known to do on my own!
